Lynne Zappone

Lynne Zappone is the principal of the Zappone Group, LLC, an organization that creates cultures where leaders thrive. The Zappone Group specializes in executive coaching, leadership development and business transformation for C-level and talent management executives. Prior to founding the Zappone Group, Lynne held numerous leadership roles with major corporations, including Chief People Officer at Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Senior Vice President of Americas HR and Global Learning at InterContinental Hotels Group and Vice President of Organization Development at Fidelity Federal Bank. She has been featured in Franchise Business Review, HR Magazine, Profile Magazine and Chief Learning Officer. Lynne is on the board of SRHM Atlanta, is an alumna of the Pathbuilders Achieva^® program and is active with Pathbuilders as a mentor and speaker.
