DRIVING THE ORGANIZATION FORWARD

Unleashing senior leaders to transform their worlds

Inspiria women are proven executives. Already powerful leaders who build capacity and create sustainable solutions, they are shaping your organization’s future. These women are talent magnets, and they are your go-tos for counsel on your most pressing issues. The Inspiria program is focused on the executive woman experiencing some sort of transition—a new role, a major increase in scope or a key career inflection point. We work with Inspiria mentees personally to capitalize on their unique strengths and power. They deepen their ability to inspire others and to lead with purpose. Inspiria graduates come into their own as leaders in their industry, the community, and their personal lives.

Becoming a visionary leader

Inspiria women transcend the norms of corporate management to create cultures and realities where top talent thrives.

Navigating the point of inflection

Inspiria women have the opportunity to explore the unique challenges and opportunities ahead of them to meet the moment and arrive confident and ready for what’s ahead.

Leveraging powerful peer relationships

Great leaders have great networks. Inspiria women have access to thought-leading peers and executives to stimulate dynamic and complex thinking.

Maximizing personal impact

Working with a seasoned C-suite executive, Inspiria women learn to channel energy to achieve personal goals across family, career, and community.

Developing the visionaries who make a difference for your organization

At the Inspiria level, each experience is unique, designed personally around the women, and their development goals. The timeline, the focus, and the structure adapt to their needs. We surround the mentoring partnership with insights, tools, and approaches to amplify growth.

Extensive mentee interviews are conducted over a three-month period to explore each woman’s personal and professional wants, needs, goals, and challenges. Insights from the Harrison Assessment complement learnings from the one-on-one dialogue.

A senior C-suite leader is selected and recruited for each mentee. We invest time and energy to identify that special individual with the cadre of experiences, insights, and “war stories” to uniquely address the mentee’s needs. Then the mentee’s relationship with the executive mentor is launched in a live, facilitated session, accelerating connectedness to focus on pressing issues.

Quarterly invitations are extended to exclusive executive roundtable dinners, where discussions focus on complex and high-level topics impacting women in leadership. Monthly partnership meetings are supported by a toolkit and action plans, including a playbook of key situations, players, and strategies.
