Insignia women are early-career professionals who entered the working world one to two years ago. Full of energy and potential, they are already relied upon to deliver quality work. They embraced each assignment and are eager for more responsibility. We developed the Insignia program specifically for them, based on our research with entry-level participants from a wide range of industries. The program develops awareness of what matters most to the business and guides them in leveraging their skillsets to make a mark on the organization.

Program Details
Putting them on the right path
The Insignia program uniquely combines role-model mentoring with peer networking and a proven curriculum to address key topics and issues facing today’s younger workforce. Interactive components allow participants to delve deeper into rich, real-life learning.
Insignia is offered as a three-month program inside organizations, delivered either online or in-person. Program delivery can be adapted to meet specific client needs. The framework integrates interactive workshops, panel discussions, and mentee learning teams facilitated by more experienced role-model mentors.
Insignia women develop an understanding of how business works. They learn how priorities are set, resources are managed, and initiatives move ahead.
Content focuses on understanding organizations, self-awareness, and building internal connections. Subject matter is designed for the real world across topics such as reputation, conflicting goals, establishing a brand, building credibility, and understanding how business works.
