Pat Falotico
Vice President of Client Success
Pat Falotico is the VP of Client Success at Pathbuilders, focused on development and delivery of programs and custom client engagements. Her deep knowledge of Pathbuilders programs derives from her ten-year involvement as a volunteer mentor prior to joining the team. Today, she works closely with clients consulting and designing programming and solutions to enhance gender diversity. She is a frequent speaker and facilitator on mentoring, influence, and career planning.
Pat most recently served as the CEO of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, a non-profit established to promote the awareness and practice of servant leadership. She guided the Greenleaf Center as the original resource and think tank for servant leadership and set the direction of growth and relevance.
Her previous experience includes a successful 30-year career at IBM, where she led projects including technical sales, sales management, software distribution, marketing, and development of business partner relationships on the local, regional, and international level. She served as IBM’s Senior State Executive for Georgia and Senior Location Executive for Atlanta.
Pat serves as the Chair of the Development Committee for the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Georgia and is the immediate past Community Engagement Chair of the United Way of Greater Atlanta. She is an active alumna, past board member, and 2007 graduate of Leadership Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor of Science in math and computer science from Manhattan College.
