Managing for results

Percepta women have mastered the technical aspects of their roles and are ready to increase their impact. They are readying themselves to lead. Percepta was crafted to guide their transformation as they become aware of how the company functions interconnect and how their team’s work connects to the overarching organizational goals. They learn to define personal success and to envision a path forward for their career.

Building a strong personal brand

Percepta women build skill to confidently position themselves as leaders with credibility and self-awareness, becoming more conscious of others’ perceptions and more attuned to the unique talents that make them stand out.

Working across boundaries

Percepta exposes women to peers across companies, industries, functions, and all of North America, making them think broadly about client needs and deeply about organizational culture. They learn to value diverse perspectives, to accomplish goals across functional lines, and to motivate people with different personalities, ideas, and ways of thinking.

Thriving in the hybrid world

The Percepta curriculum and its innovative delivery approach combine to equip managers to effectively leverage today’s technology, build strong relationships, and authentically connect with others to move work forward.

Making smart choices

Percepta women enhance their capacity to balance risk and reward and motivation and accountability. They better understand the power of personal choice and how actions have consequences.

Program Details

Guiding rising leaders to contribute at a higher level

The six-month Percepta program is specifically designed to equip female managers and strong individual contributors who are aspiring to lead with the tools needed to take on more responsibility and have a positive impact on their organizations’ success.

Designed for the online world, Percepta features digital tools and dynamic interaction. The program brings together women from across geographies via interactive broadcast from Pathbuilders’ Atlanta-based studio, allowing client companies to enroll participants from virtually any location worldwide.

The Percepta program combines small-group mentoring with interactive, online workshops and cross-company peer exchange. Core to the program is the role-model mentoring of peer groups— two to three strategically paired mentees mentored by a successful female leader with 15+ years of experience, rigorously matched to the mentees’ needs.

The content is tailored to the mentee cohort’s needs but centers on self-awareness, conscious decision-making, and proactive career management. Key topics address building credibility, learning to lead in the hybrid world, managing results, and building a following.

Satisfaction among graduates

Having a peer-to-peer networking group is the big differentiator for the Percepta program. It creates great relationships and understanding of different industries, politics, and cultures within companies. Not many programs can afford to offer that.
